Italy’s absurd ‘green’ pass rules and it’s famously exagerated burocracy

Here just one example of the absurd ‘green’ (QR) pass rules and the exagerated burocracy-like structure (e.g. their taxes), something Italy was already famous for both inside as outside the country, even before any virus or pandemic came along.

And even more absurd, by the time one would understand and memorize these rules, they have already changed because this is only valid for a month. It would be easier and more useful to learn the conjugations of latin nouns. Most probably they are more coherent too.
